			<description><![CDATA[<p>Winner2BeYou had a 15 days trial period to try this program before you bought it.  If you didn&#x27;t think it could be beneficial to you, then you wasted your money.  I bought the program and pay a yearly fee for its file update features because that is what I like about the program.  I use its file to make sure my own files are up to date and I can also down load files of states I don&#x27;t play if I just want to check something out.
