I followed the NEB TTT system for quite a while in California and I'm afraid it doesn't work here. I'm glad it works in other states. Maybe it has to do with the fact that California uses computers instead of ping pong balls.

For example, I noticed after Chou did it that some states, if you do this TTT system and look for hits in the L V positions also, you get 3 even 4 hits in one week. You are getting the numbers by going in sequential order from the last digit in the most recent hit, counterclockwise.Just do the workouts starting with the month of May and keep up until the end of the month and then you decide.Have a great day all and good luck!!! Well it was the 683 from the chart that hit evening for SC on 5-10-04 and all three missing numbers from the chart 019 that hit midday today!!!
