one idea would be to have seperate playslips for the kicker, which would let you chose your own numbers, and make it an independent game.

The kicker is just another game on a SuperLotto tickets. You have to buy a SuperLotto ticket to play it, but you don't have to play it to play SuperLotto. A game shouldn't have to be associated with SuperLotto to justify its existence on SuperLotto card, it not strong enough to exist on its own. I've said it before and I'll be say it again, any changes made to the games will be designed to bring in more profit for the State, period.RJOh

Ohio should kick the Kicker. Unlike Powerball/PowerPlay, Kicker has nothing to do with Ohio Lotto.
