			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#x27;m going to explain the China Method in another post, but for now:3194 (Row A)4058 (Row B)8762 (Row C)Take one digit from each row to make up your 3-digit number.  If you do all of them (like I have been posting), you will come up with 64 tickets (4X4X4 = 64).  You will have numbers like: 348, 347, 346, etc.See my post later to see why I call it the China Method and how I come up with the 3 rows (hint:  they come from my 2 columns!!).</p>]]></description>
