The results have to be influenced by what people are playing. The number 911, 191 or 119 in all three forms has not been out in this state as far back as I could check (7 years). For all 3 forms of a very popular number not to come out is a little strange. Double 7s, get more play than almost all the other doubles combined, people like playing the number 7.
