			<description><![CDATA[<p>Key #: ? 0385 (Row A) 5194 (Row B) 4762 (Row C)Take one digit from each row to make up your 3-digit number.  If you do all of them, you will come up with 64 tickets (4X4X4 = 64).  I don&#x27;t have any indication of a Key # this time.  You might look for neighbors (2 or more consecutive numbers).  In Georgia out of the last 40 draws, 20 draws had neighbors.  That is about the same as all other states.
