			<description><![CDATA[<p>Key #: 3 0491 (Row A) 1682 (Row B) 2573 (Row C)Take one digit from each row to make up your 3-digit number.  If you do all of them, you will come up with 64 tickets (4X4X4 = 64). In order to reduce the number of tickets, you may want to limit your numbers to only those that have the Key # in them. Tip: Play numbers with neighbors (2 or more numbers in sequence).  Neighbors have skipped 6 times now in South Carolina.</p>]]></description>
