I actually drive from IL to Mich whenever its at 5 million. Have hit four out of six a couple of times and that has paid close to a thousand a pop. When your odds are about a thosand to one to hit four out of six and the payout is close to that, that is the only lottery you should play. That and when the ILL LL is more than 575k.

I like the idea of a lottery game with a cap. It increases interest in the game.Take the last drawing of the Pa Super 6, which was replaced by Match 6. The deal was if no one hit the jackpot the money would be divided among the lower tier prizes. it's a multi-million dollar annuitized jackpot game. if the jackpot reaches $5 million, and nobody hits it, the jackpot rolls down. it's michigan's way of saying that they can't compete with multi-state games.
