Todd when I bet in mass I will bet all4 exact then first3 last3 any and first3 last 3 exact I think we should have the 3 digit in the predictions.I also notice there are not many mass predictors on a daily basis. jeffJeff, you understand that Mass Daily Pick3/3/4 payouts are pari-mutuel. It would be bad if everyone used the same winning numbers.

Jason,Thanks much for the explanation. I think for the Predictions page that I will just treat the Mass Numbers game as a Pick 4 game. There are way too many scenarios for how someone could bet - very hard to create a standard way of checking the game.

Actually I think the Mass website drawing archives are very organized compared to the other states. The printout is full page without all the logos and graphics like most other states. Most other states printouts waste space on each page. The site was designed for people who already have some understanding of their games.

Todd all the way`s you have said are true but the 2digit have to be exact . They are all different bets you have a pick 3/4 ticket to bet with or a 1/2 ticket to fill out. They all use the same 4 numbers drawn unlike N.H that draws 3 balls then 4 different balls.Lots of ways to win but you must bet it.You could just play say the 3rd number exact only if you wanted or the first 2 exact.Just a way to get you to spend more. jef

Todd -You would be a winner if you had selected ONLY the 3 in the third position. If you selected 5638 on your ticket you would have played the 4-number game with the appropriate payouts. If you had wanted to play the 3 in the third position that is what your ticket would indicate, and would be the only bet on that ticket.gljohn

Todd, for the exact (1) digit, it has to match in the exact position. It would be too easy to win if it were 1 exact in any position. There is no such thing as 1 digit any in the game. Also, the payouts in the Daily Numbers Game (being the pick 4, pick 3 midday and pick 3 eve all in one) are all pari-mutuel. Massachusetts condensed the pick three's and four game all together.
