One hour still gives any players that might want to play some of the predictions 45 min. to play those numbers locally. I assume anyone posting predictions are posting them for others to see also.RJOh

Cutoff time is one hour prior to draw time. I will not go any closer to the draw time, because there is too big of a risk that if I either don't have the draw time exactly correct in my DB, or if there's a glitch with time zone info or something that someone would be permitted to enter predictions after the draw takes place.

when is the cutoff time for posting a prediction? I had been trying to post a powerball pick on occasion about 25 min. prior to draw time and could only get the next available draw date...
