			<description><![CDATA[<p>I read somewhere a  what&#x27;s next  type of article of what things you would encounter after winning a lottery and obviously taxes were discussed. They quoted an accountant or a tax attorney in which he mentioned a legal case that took place in Ohio about a lottery winning. The person who won the jackpot was from Kentucky (I think, not sure) and the judge in the case ruled the winner only had to pay taxes in Ohio and not Kentucky where the person resided.
