			<description><![CDATA[<p>Clemetine,PlayLot.com claims 1% ownership of the ticket (you have 99%), which is very important in order to have a proper legal framework for the service.  (There are other factors as well, but that is an important one.)In practice, they do not claim the 1% of any lower-tier prizes, but I imagine they would want to claim their 1% of a jackpot win.
