			<description><![CDATA[<p>Predicting nationwide is a different process from predicting for a specific draw.If and when I hit CT I&#x27;m as surprised as you are, and if the same number hits box in two additional state, that&#x27;s not a surprise.  Weird huh? Certain kinds of numbers hit a lot all over, others play dead.  You can have a pretty good idea what numbers will hit, you just don&#x27;t know where.  BobP</p>]]></description>
