			<description><![CDATA[<p>Powerball has produced in this year 5 jackpots over $100,000,000.  I don&#x27;t think it needs any changes.  Years ago, California lengthened its odds going from a 6/49 game to a 6/54 game, and actually had fewer large jackpots and actually saw sales go down.
