I also have won over $400,000 on the lottery but that was in the 90's, Since 2000 I have just held my own, in June I won the p3 21 times bx and stbx, This month I have one hit,At this rate I might break even if I get another win,It seems like I can't get a hit out of my own stacks when everthing is lined up for me, so in my opinion you are lucky to break even,.

congrats to all the actual winners...IF I ever do hit a big one ... I will post a series of detailed posts answering all the quetions we currently have about taxes, advisors, trusts etc...of course I would be typing poolside on a laptop... either planning or recovering from the welcome to the new dreamhouse party... or taking a well deserved break from building the seaplane pictured in my avatar...

I'm on the plus side of winning also. i hit the pick 4 a couple times a year straight. many more times boxed and hit pic 3 games straight and boxed. Knock on wood match 5 is next for a jackpot win and Mega yeeeeeeehaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Yes ,I won alot in a matter of 5 months but it has been a few years now and/but I am still enjoying the benefits of those proceeds. We're talking 300,000 dollars /plus and the future still looks bright. So, don't give up because it can happen to you! .

I've been winning (straight not including box) and average of 4-5 times a year on pick 3. 600x4 = $2400. I cant tell you how much I shell out but I would say an average of 10-15 dollars a week. 15x52 = 780. So per year I have made more.The least I've hit was 2 times straight in a year, the most which was 2001 was 11 times which average to once a month. including box hits made over $7000 in 2001 in lottery wins. I dont play the big games unless there's a company pool

I may not be the best example since I've only been following jackpot lotteries for 5 months. I've played just about even...$150 returned on $150 spent. That's due in large part though to a 4 of 5 match on Powerball
