			<description><![CDATA[<p>....even after you form a trust ???What if the trust is formed to claim a prize, but the IRS calls family members and relatives by mistake because they have the same last name.  One time the bank got my father and my names confused because of name similarities (I am named after my father).  Could that happen again????  Yeah I know that the social security numbers are always different, but human error is possible.  What if you form the trust, and you spend money on a new car?
