			<description><![CDATA[<p>Below is a post that I wrote to rec.gambling.lottery 6/26/02 now I know it only shows positional statistics but it&#x27;s a small example of what BobP is talking about. The expectations of a 6/49 drawing under static mathematical perfect conditions tends to only vary slightly in real time drawings. A 6/49 should basicly perform the same no matter where the drawings are held because it is bound by set mathematical conditions.
