			<description><![CDATA[<p>lines.....I remembered  hearing not too long ago that if someone buys lotto tickets from a state and brings them into a state where lottos are illegal (such as South Carolina into North Carolina or Florida into Alabama) that that person has broken the state laws since lotteries are illegal in their state. If this is a true, then there are plenty of folks in trouble with the law as there have been countless winners from Alabama that have won Florida lottos and of course all three winners in SC&#x27;s... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/91223">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
