and i would like to see a rolling jackpot scratch game. it would be a scratch game in which you would either see a dollar amount, or you would see a set of numbers. it would cost $1-2, and after you see your set of numbers, you would activate it, at the terminal. the ticket would then be activated for the next drawing. that way, someone could have the winning set of numbersbut the ticket may not be active for that drawing. think of the rollovers because the winner did not activate their ti... i've tried that one before. i do like the free take 5 feature because $1 dollar could turn into 2 winning tickets, one of them being worth big bucks.

which state? getting rid of $1 scratch-offs is just plain stupid. i know people who will only play $1 scratch-offs. $1 scratch-offs are the perfect ones to put in cards.

it would be nice, but it would be nicer if they offered it wth either cash, or a set of numbers, and your ticket would be valid for the drawing after it is validated. that way, a rolling jackpot would take into effect, and you may have the winning numbers, but you may not have validated the ticket just yet.

NY has a scratch ticket where players can win cash or a Take Five online ticket. Should MUSL offer a similar scratch ticket for Powerball, plus (where applicable) Hot Lotto
