			<description><![CDATA[<p>i like the chance of winning a trillion that would be cool to try and see if they could put all those zeros on the checks,i say wait for all the jackpots to get to a billion to play ,why play for mere millions,lol.i say one day soon the jackpots will get around a billion(500million to a billion and something). but i do think 5 dollars is too much for a ticket ,unless you played in a group or something,and everyone put in a dollar or so(get a written agreement and have it notorized first)then it</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I guess the only way we would actually see a billion dollar jackpot is if Mega millions and powerball merged to create one national lottery for the U.S.  An increase in the odds and minimum play amounts.  The other realistic way is to create an international lottery with no cap on the jackpot.</p>]]></description>
