Everyone would expect the lottery computer would be protected, have limited access, etc. These are given. The major question I have is about the software and whether or not it is programmed in ways to increase lottery profits. This could be done by setting thresholds which limit the number of wins in any given prize level, including the jackpot. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>There is one good thing about RNG. You will never have to worry about using a system to pick your numbers each day. You might as well not bother. Might as well use birthdays or any number that enters your brain housing group. There is no logic to RNG, and it certainly doesnt have anything to do with odds.  I started playing the lottery 6 years ago and have never won a straight combo. If I had to do it again I would have invested my money in order to avoid bankruptcy.
