			<description><![CDATA[<p>Well, what do you all (eslpecially all of you in Pa.) think?  I haven&#x27;t seen any discussion here on this issue, but plenty in local media (papers and TV).Personally, I&#x27;m 5-4 for the good.  My advantage is that money that I and others have been taking to Delaware, West Virginia, and New Jersey will be staying here.  Property tax cuts seems like a wash.  I feel uneasy about it being privatized, (as opposed to being ran by the Lottery), which means I feel that the tightest machines will be used.
