Every year I buy a Planner Calendar and keep my winning numbers in the calendar. I keep up with 6 states. DC, MD, NY, VA, FL and IL. My main and favorite state is VA.

Write down the results of each lottery drawing, keep it as a reference guide as to when the #'s will appear again.

Pen paper. Just keep it very simple you will have amazing results.

History of past games- It's where theory meets practice. What good is a theory if it doesn't reflect reality. The reality being what number have been picked. If your model can fulfill that criteria, you stand a good chance of being more apt to predict the future.But then again, that's just my point of view. *S

ohhhhhh i just use simple pen and paper, less harm when done. But i only keep track of Ohio and Michigan so if your asking me of how i keep track of all the states, then, i don't....
