			<description><![CDATA[<p>there is a better source for info, a  clearinghouse  on bayesian info (the homepage where the pdf file came from)...http://astrosun.tn.cornell.edu/staff/loredo/bayes/now, keep in mind it is geared towards the physical sciences... Truth is we&#x27;re not likely to find a clear cut application to the lottery in any math site, it is up to us to figure out how to use (or mis-use) it to suit our purposes here.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I am a former math major, went as far as third year calculus and linear algebra, before switching to computer science.These look like lecture notes, appears to be valuable stuff, when you know what you&#x27;re trying to do. But without the lecture itself, and the intended application, it&#x27;s Greek to me. But I may be too light for this.</p>]]></description>
