Then the federal government takes its chunk off  the top of the winnings, and you have exactly what we call it sometimes: A voluntary tax. A tax for the stupid (all of us are guilty of that).Most other countries are more socialist than this one, and one of the results is a more favorable lottery.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>It&#x27;s amazing how much greener the grass can be on the other side.  The Australian games are such better deals you realize how our games are sticking it to us.  http://www.lotto-logix.com/ozlotteries.html you don&#x27;t have to sign up or anything, just click through and on [Play Lotto!] to see a discription of the games.  In Florida we&#x27;re stuck with 6/53 and Au has 6/38 and 6/45 with bonus balls yet.
