lolita,That is also illegal. It is called a pyramid scheme, and people have gone to jail for it. Just because people are doing it doesn't make it legal.

I have been thinking about, not exactly a lotto but something else something like a chainin which people will put a small amount of money, but i haven't come out with the rightidea. Maybe need a maths associateSome people are sending a list of 5 addresses to which you would send 1 dollar each,then take off the first address, put your own and send it to as many emails as you can.Others are doing the same but through paypal.Does someone have any other idea

Not only is it illegal, it's not a lottery either. You are just moving money around amongst your friends. It's like playing poker, except not as much fun. You play long enough, everyone is even anyway. In the meantime, you lose some of your friends. So why bother playing at all

Hey guys.. im new in this forum.. this is my first post..Ive been reading yoru discussions.. and i just got an idea and i was windering what you guys thought about it.. I was thinking of starting an online lottery, where members would sign up.. bet a certain amount of money, lets say a dollar a share, and lets say for this week 100 shares where bnought, well the computer would pick one person at random, and this person would receive the total amount.Unlike regular lottery, one member is garantie...
