			<description><![CDATA[<p>One of my preferred methods of predicting numbers is to create an astrology chart of the time and location of the drawing in question. The time and location is the same everyday for each drawing. The only thing that changes from day to day are the positions of the planets and the aspects they make to each other. This gives me a picture of what will be in the atmosphere when those balls are being tossed around in those machines.
