			<description><![CDATA[<p>Roots are just another way of simplifying draw data...I think any system that attempts to combine the 3 digits of a pick3/4 type lottery is coincidental at best... Why? Because each digit is independently selected... it&#x27;s a  replacement  drawing, where the possibility of doubles and triples exists... it&#x27;s really a sequence of 1:10 games that must be matched in sequence.
