Did anyone mention Iowa's pick-3 uses Illinois' numbers

another idea would be for the MUSL to operate pick 3 and pick 4 games with better payouts, and member states can offer those games.

exactly. i think the dakoptas should do what maine, new hampshire, and vermont did and combine the lotteries, but keep the proceeds inside the state.

The Dakotas should try a joint Pick-3, since ND cannot run a game by itself.
