			<description><![CDATA[<p>ok. remember that there is an 80% payback percentage, and the odds of winning are NOT 1 in 1.00 tickets. that means that some poor sap is going to throw down $30 on a piece of paper, that gives them a very small chance of winning a lot of money, and leave the store winning nothing. i would be pretty dissappointed in myself if i were that person.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>did anyone hear about texas offering a $30 scratch-off. they&#x27;re not the first state to offer one (CT also tried it), but the game doesn&#x27;t even offer a guarenteed prize on each ticket. now how much would that suck if you paid $30 on ONE ticket, and did not win anything? i&#x27;d be mad if i had that happen.</p>]]></description>
