			<description><![CDATA[<p>The story seems plausible to you?  What if I told you the Chinese government has been doing the same thing for years?  Sound plausible, especially when people who win are arrested for cheating because the guy fixing it screwed up?   All the lottery winnings for a year are but a drop in the bucket compared to the budget the CIA has to play with.  That dog won&#x27;t hunt. BobP</p>]]></description>
