Illegal outside your country, this is definitely the case in the UK as the online lottery syndicate I&#x27;m with can only let people play from anywhere in the world because the owners purchase all their tickets under their own names and distribute the winnings. This is apparently alright. Not sure about mail order but come to think of it, how many mail order lotteries have you seen about?tomxx</p>]]></description>

While I truly hope this is true, as I&#x27;m losing my home in forclosure, I really don&#x27;t want to be scammed.
