			<description><![CDATA[<p>Lots of states do have rolling Pick 5 games. But the best has to be the afformentioned. PA&#x27;s Cash 5 has the common 5/39 matrix, but is one of the few games of it&#x27;s kind to offer jackpots over $1,000,000! I don&#x27;t know of any others except FL&#x27;s first version Fantasy 5 (another 5/39), it hit over one mil about 3 times before changing to it&#x27;s second format.But don&#x27;t forget VA&#x27;s Cash 5, although the top prize is a fixed $100,000, it&#x27;s a 5/34.
