Lots of states do have rolling Pick 5 games. But the best has to be the afformentioned. PA's Cash 5 has the common 5/39 matrix, but is one of the few games of it's kind to offer jackpots over $1,000,000! I don't know of any others except FL's first version Fantasy 5 (another 5/39), it hit over one mil about 3 times before changing to it's second format.But don't forget VA's Cash 5, although the top prize is a fixed $100,000, it's a 5/34.
