			<description><![CDATA[<p>There are 3 groups of 4 digits.  Play ONE digit from each group to make up your 3-digit number. If you played all of them, you would play 64 tickets, so you may want to use filters like no doubles or no pure numbers, etc. 0596 2034 8761Things to consider:  The number 1 is due (overdue!!).  It has skipped 15 times now.  We have had 3 odds in a row...probably time for an even sum.
