			<description><![CDATA[<p>There are 3 groups of 4 digits.  Play ONE digit from each group to make up your 3-digit number. If you played all of them, you would play 64 tickets, so you may want to use filters like no doubles or no pure numbers, etc. 9168 0975 3481Things to consider:  Two digits repeating from the previous draw (091) are overdue.  If you decide to play those, then you would play 09x, 01x, and 91x.  That would be 30 tickets, but I would eliminate two of the exact repeats so you would play 28 tickets.
