you may as well get some exercise and walk to the retailers, play some hand-picked sets of numbers, and a few quick picks, maybe do multi-draw, or get a second playslip, and fill out your hand-picked numbers, as well as the numbers from your qyick-picks (if you like them), that's the thing with subscriptions: if you don't like the quick pick numbers, you're stck with them. if you opt not to get the subscription, you can always never use those quick pick numbers again.

Bad idea! Chances are you will never win more than $3 to $5 at any time. Why would you want to mess with claiming that kind of money on your taxes

I'm thinking of playing the lotto here in IL. via the subscription program they offer. I am going to buy 10 lines of numbers for the whole year. Do you think it would be better to play all the numbers available with only eight repeating digits or concentrate on a small group of numbers? Or is this a bad idea altogether beause when you win small amounts they send out checks which force you to claim them on your taxes as opposed to cashing in those small winners at my local lottery outlet.
