What about Texas, aren't they the one famous exception that refuses to pay? Of course if one isn't so foolish to say they bought the ticket through a service . . .I knew something didn't sound right about the lotter, that's the trouble with sites where you have to join to find out the whole truth in the fine print.

WARNING: does NOT actually buy the tickets you are paying for. Like Lottery Universe, they are running their own private lottery, and making you THINK that you're playing your state lottery.Using a butler service (as BobP describes) has been proven legal in the US (every jackpot winner using a butler service has received the full prize), but a private lottery like and Lottery Universe are patently illegal, and you would likely NOT receive your prize money.

They're a butler service that will buy lottery tickets for you for a fee. They also host their own lottery for their members using Florida 6/53 draws for the results, kind of a second chance for those who paid to play. You would have to join to find out the obligations of membership to play this game.BobP
