I stand corrected. You can play two games from out of state: Mass Cash and Megabucks. They can be purchased over the phone, with a credit card.

Todd,Teaparty and Numbersman are correct. I personally called the Mass Lottery and asked if I could play from Georgia and they stated definitely yes. I asked if I needed a Mass mailing address and they said no. I asked how can you do this when other Lotteries cannot or don't. The Lady told me they were special. Todd I've been playing mass million for about 4 years now and still currently enrolled. When I win check is automatic mailed to me. I live in North Carolina, and used NC address. They just don't sell Mega Million tickets to out of State subcribers. Also Federal Express brings my confirmation tickets, they charge $3.00 extra for this. I hope this clear this matter.

I played the Massachusetts lottery when I lived in Florida. I buy Massachusetts lottery subscriptions for relatives and friends in Hawaii, where they don't have a state lottery. The problem is not being out of State and buying a ticket in Massachusetts, I buy tickets in Indiana, Kentucky and West Virgina when ever I travel them. The problem is I have to be in the State of purchases to collect any prize and it states that in Answer #4. According to the Ohio lottery website and I think the same thing applies in Massachusetts, MegaMillions States have agreed not to sell MegaMillions tickets out of State so only people within the state (living there or visiting there) can... I think you need to have a Massachusetts address in order to order over the phone.The best way to play a game from anywhere is to use the links on the left. There is no residency requirement - you can truly play from anywhere.
