EW:Millennium Millions was a special game drawn 12/31/1999 and three times in 2000. It was 5/50 + 1/25 although there was no prize for matching only the mega ball.

i've noticed that food is more expensive in ohio. gas is slightly more expensive in ohio, but cigarette prices are a lot cheaper, and they get even cheaper once you get to kentucky.

I think PA has gotten too greedy. First they jack up cigarette prices to arouns $4.50-5 a pack, and now they want to charge $2 for a lotto ticket. I'm happy I go elsewhere to play the lottery and buy cigarettes.

I picked the third option... ;-)If I spend $2 per ticket, it's because I CHOOSE to play the powerplay with powerball... I also have the choice NOT to power up ....just because they get $2 or more for scratch tickets doesn't mean it's gonna be a trend that online players will blindly follow. Although there is some overlap, the 2 sets of players are mostly different.If they really want the players to be happy, they will scrap the $2 game ideas and just add hot lotto...

PA has announced plans for a $2 game with a 6/38 matrix, Lucky for Life . It's unclear whether Match 6 will be retired.
