			<description><![CDATA[<p>I picked the third option... ;-)If I spend $2 per ticket, it&#x27;s because I CHOOSE to play the powerplay with powerball... I also have the choice NOT to  power up ....just because they get $2 or more for scratch tickets doesn&#x27;t mean it&#x27;s gonna be a trend that online players will blindly follow. Although there is some overlap, the 2 sets of players are mostly different.If they really want the players to be happy, they will scrap the $2 game ideas and just add hot lotto...</p>]]></description>
