			<description><![CDATA[<p>Lotto-Logix.com is a site with a lot of basic information, many good links, and some good ideas. The host, Perkins, is sincere and honest. He has some simple  pencil and paper  methods. Currently, I am testing one of his methods. For raw data, I use  Number Cruncher  software. I also maintain a daily chart which is explained in the Lotto-Logix site. Days of the month on top and the digits 0 through 9 on the side. Draw lines to make a graph and use Xs to mark the daily digits.
