			<description><![CDATA[<p>It&#x27;s a boot strapping technique, you find the better pairs hitting together for your game and they in turn produce wins looking back and perhaps forward if the trend continues,  appears to work for the state you work it out for, try making your own chart for Mass as those example pairs don&#x27;t have the same power elsewhere.
