It's a boot strapping technique, you find the better pairs hitting together for your game and they in turn produce wins looking back and perhaps forward if the trend continues, appears to work for the state you work it out for, try making your own chart for Mass as those example pairs don't have the same power elsewhere. need a better explanation of how to use these 9 combos. Are you saying to just play these 9 combos every day say as a box. If so here in Mass. it would be a loss. Please explain. Thanks

You can do the same thing with 3 numbers in a pick4 game in 14 lines.RJOh

Socks,I downloaded this file.With refererence to the quoted system using 9 combinations:016039058124178268347459679 the claimed guarantee that every time a single number set is drawn, 2 numbers will match out of the 3 drawn is not true. The following single number sets do not yield 2 number matches:027135235257356There are systems that guarantee what you claim to using only 8 combinations.
