			<description><![CDATA[<p>To Demdev1,  The result does not seem very unusual considering  that there would have been c:a  1700 draws since Dec.99. At that level one would expect about 182 numbers not yet  drawn again. Thus #114 is no more unlikely than any other number not repeating.  Did you mean that 114 numbers were not drawn? If so, it looks low.  Electronic drawing should make no difference if the process is random.  Bertil.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I play Pick 3 in MO and have noticed that a very common combination 114 has not been drawn in the state of MO since Dec. 1999.  The odds of this combination a less that that if there were 3 different numbers and it appears that each combination has come around at least once every 1.5 year more in some combinations.  This particular combination has not in almost 5 years.  With the conversion to electronic drawing will that keep the number at bay longer.
