it's more of the fact that they did not follow the rules they told the contestants that is why he deserves the $1 million.

He won a 1 in 3 chance to get really lucky, they screwed it up and should pay or give him another chance from the same level of oppertunity if there is another playoff or they should payoff. BobP

I don't think Dennis has got much of a legal leg to stand on, but the lottery will probably make a much smaller settlement with him. It sounds like the drawing was done in a pretty screwy way. It reminds me of the way Churchill Downs screwed up the the post position draw for the Kentucky Derby the first time they tried to make a media dvent out of the pill pull.
