			<description><![CDATA[<p>You Guys/Gals.. Run a past history report for your state.. You will be surprised at how many numbers will repeat for the next month. I did the report as a backtrack before using it myself.. I started with March and then went on to July..  I have noticed that TN is still hitting numbers off my July backtrack history..THis is like Power trails, except it provides the doubles.. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>The system I have been using for PA, TN, SC, NY, GA and OH I got from an old post here on this forum.. I am listing it below..  1. I take the last  18  drawings of the previous month and count how many times each digit has hit.2. I put them in order from most hits to least hits. If there is a tie, then    the digit that hit most recent goes first. For example, if 1 and 8 had    6 hits each and 180 was a number in the last  18 , then 8 would go first.3.
