The only reasonable way Hot Lotto will have a higher jackpot than Powerball is to change HL.

That is a very good question BUT when there are no jackpot winners for hotlotto the jackpot is only raised by 170,000 or less , Then if there are no powerball jackpot winners the jackpot is raised another 8 million.So I wouldnt say yes or no

With the way the Powerball jackpots keep being won and the Hot Lotto jackpots aren't, it is very possible that it could happen for one drawing.
