I don't practice any kind of E.S.P myself, but maybe if I did I would try to make things happen and not just see things that will or might happen, I mean that is very good if it can be done, but making things happen if it can be done, might be even better.Any way, at present I don't do or try to do any such things (not that I don't know how to try to)and maybe never will.Good Luck.

Just as seeing familiar places might not prove much of anything, seeing a friend, might prove the wrong thing(s), it might prove that there is some kind of mistic link between you and her and you had visions of her, but it might not be remote viewing it could be something else and again it might really be remote viewing.Only when you remote view things that you have never seen before at places where you have never been, then you will know that there is a good chance that it's remote viewing and... If I was learning how to remote view, I would first start with my bedroom and then I would try things and or places that were about 1 to 5 blocks away from my apartment, then I would try to remote view the workplace and then other familiar places, then far away places where I have been before, finally places were I have never been before.At the very last I would try to remote view the past and then the future.
