with the symmetric spike of 9 - 20 - 9 that is on the chart, it is possible that the 18 could come back to make another palindrome pattern of 18-9-20-9-18 in the powerball... it has happened before with32-7-15-7-32 (draws #89 thru #93, 8/13/03 thru 8/27/03
