And the times listed are the off times meaning that you have until that time (Eastern Time) to make your picks. The off times are supposed to be 1/2 hour before the drawing, but I think I have seen some that were right at the drawing time!! I can't play California, but I think when it shows the time for the evening draw, it is 9:30 P.M. That is right before the draw! Yes, Shaggy, that is indeed correct. Once a state has the posted Off message next to it then, it simply means the cutoff time to bet that particular game has expired. It's just like buying your tickets at a local retail outlet. You have a cutoff time to get your tickets in for that game.paymenow
