			<description><![CDATA[<p>I guess you could theoretically blame eBay, but I don&#x27;t like to.  There are a couple of reasons.First, I am in the same position they are.  I try to keep on top of everything, but occasionally something slips through. On the first ticket, if you look closely at the lines that contain the winning numbers, you can see that the numbers are not aligned correctly and the letters  iforn  in California directly behind the number 27 were redrawn pitifully back into place.On the second ticket, it seems as if all three lines of numbers were added on.  Also, the circle on the second ticket is nothing compared to a perfect circle on the first ticket.
