I guess you could theoretically blame eBay, but I don't like to. There are a couple of reasons.First, I am in the same position they are. I try to keep on top of everything, but occasionally something slips through. Its very sad how many people have wasted $20 on that systemhe knows people are not going to send it back for the refundand even if they do i wonder how much they have lost playing tickets :(I almost paid $15 for a bogus pick 3 system until I found lottery postThis is a great place

The two tickets he posts are digitally altered. On the first ticket, if you look closely at the lines that contain the winning numbers, you can see that the numbers are not aligned correctly and the letters iforn in California directly behind the number 27 were redrawn pitifully back into place.On the second ticket, it seems as if all three lines of numbers were added on.
