			<description><![CDATA[<p>Exactly right, 5Pennies.  I like the hits from the doubles because a 25 cent ticket pays $75!!  A non-double at $37.50 is still great!!Good Luck with .  It is a lot of fun...but dangerous....just because you can bet all states (even your own) and only 25 cents...sounds great..but quarters do add up!!!  Please be careful and frugal</p>]]></description>
